GREEKA63 TMS TERMS OF USE
Effective from 12 August 2026.
These terms govern business use of GREEKA63 TMS provided by LEANDROS VRIONIS PR GREEKA63 BEOGRAD, Delovi 96, 11231 Belgrade, Republic of Serbia, Tax ID 110310000, Registration No. 64800817, info@vrionis63.com (GREEKA63). By registering, activating or using the application, the company confirms that it has read and accepted these terms.
1. Service
GREEKA63 TMS is a business application for managing transport orders, customers, carriers, drivers, locations, documents and business invoices. It is intended only for companies and authorised adult users.
2. Registration and users
The applicant confirms authority to represent the company and the accuracy of submitted data. The company is responsible for its users, roles, credentials and actions performed through its accounts.
Accounts are personal and credentials must not be shared. Suspected misuse must be reported immediately to info@vrionis63.com.
3. Trial, subscription and price
The trial period, price per active user and next billing date are shown in the administration system or a GREEKA63 offer. A separate price may be agreed for each company.
After the trial, the service is billed monthly based on active users recorded on the billing date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Invoices and suspension
Invoices are sent to the registered company email and are payable by the stated due date. If payment is not recorded after the agreed grace period, access may be temporarily restricted until payment is recorded.
5. Licence and permitted use
The company receives a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the application while its subscription is valid. Copying, reselling access, presenting the service as the company's own product, attempting to obtain source code, bypassing protection or disrupting the system is prohibited.
6. Company data responsibility
The company must have a lawful basis and authority to enter data about employees, drivers, partners and other persons, including passports, licences and vehicle documents. It remains responsible for legality, accuracy and updates.
The application does not replace legal, tax, customs or accounting review. Each order and invoice must be checked before use.
7. External services
The application may rely on Google Workspace/Drive, Vercel, email, Google Maps, Yandex Maps and other technical providers. Their availability and terms may affect individual functions.
8. Availability and changes
GREEKA63 aims to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability during maintenance, internet or provider failures, or force majeure. Material changes will be communicated in the application or by email.
9. Termination
A company may request termination by email. Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, misuse, false data, system risk or material breach. The company should export required documents before termination.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GREEKA63 is not liable for decisions based on inaccurate input, partner conduct, company document content or external service outages. Liability is not excluded where exclusion is prohibited by law.
11. Law and disputes
The laws of the Republic of Serbia apply. The parties will first seek an amicable solution; otherwise the competent court in Belgrade has jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
12. Electronic acceptance
By checking the acceptance boxes and submitting registration, the authorised person accepts these terms for the company. The document version and acceptance time are recorded.
